Terms & conditions

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order will be collected at checkout, excluding any shipping and payment charges, as well as VAT.

• Terms of payment  - foreign customers: Proforma Invoice for payment in advance normally
• Terms of delivery: ex warehouse (SE- Norrköping)
• Minimum order value :  400 Euro per shipment
• Order is subject to final confirmation
• We reserve the right for any final sale and misprints.
• Due intrest and reminder fee can be taking out within late payment on Invoice
• We do not offering free freight outside Sweden
• Before we can give you freight cost the goods needs to be prepared, you will find your freight cost on Proforma Invoice /Invoice after confirmation of the Order confirmtion has been done.
• Back order will not be delivered with free freight
• We reserve the right for any final sale and misprints
• Normal delivery time after confirmation of Order confirmation sheet is 10 days. Longer if the items not are in stock, separat information on your Order confirmation.

Freight

All freight will be performed by DHL from our external storage in Norrköping/SE

• Are the goods damage when you have it delivered by the currier shall you have that noted with the currier.
• make sure that you receiving all boxes in a delivery, if not currier chall do a note. Examples box no 1:3, 2:3 and 3:3 is = 3 boxes
• Any broken items or other complains should be emailed to mt@lindform.se within 8 days from receiving of the goods.
• Broken items
  • send a picture of the broken/damage items to retail@lindform.se
  • Lindform will normally come back with a Credit note for withdraw on invoice

Return

• Mail retail@lindform.se for more information and discussion of the best way to handling.
• If you just have change your mind about the goods, you will take the freight cost will be on you.
• All return of goods
  • Approved by Lindform in advance  
  • needs to be packed in original packing and safely packed for freight back to Lindform
